#1) Box your phones, ink jets (no toner cartridges please), laptop / notebook computers, iPods and digital cameras. There is no need to individually wrap each item. We recommend separating 'layers' of items using newspaper. Please avoid using styrofoam packing materials such as styrofoam 'peanuts'. Styrofoam is a kind of plastic made from oil and will not break down in a landfill. EcoPhones does not supply shipping boxes. Use any sturdy office boxes your organization may have, e.g. copier paper and other office supply boxes. Reuse reduces waste and saves money.

#2) Simply click here to print a FREE pre-paid shipping label. NOTE: EcoPhones does not use DHL for pick-ups in Alaska and Hawaii. AK and HI residents please contact our shipping department at info@ecophones.com or by phone at (888) Eco-Phones / (888) 326-7466.

#3) Fill out the FREE pre-paid shipping label. Write your address in the "From" section. (NOTE: Nothing is required in the Ref. # field). Affix the label to the box and please retain the bottom portion of the label so you have a record of the tracking number. To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment(s) please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the pre-paid shipping label(s) or a note inserted inside your box(es). EcoPhones does not maintain a record of the online shipping labels you print so unless the boxes are clearly identified we do not know whom they are from. Moreover, we have thousands of participants and many organizations have similar names (i.e. First Church of Christ or George Washington Elementary School) so complete information is important to ensure we have the right account.
